KIVTA provides account registration, training schedule lookup, training applications, application history, certificate-related services, and customer inquiry features through the website.

Member Responsibilities

• Members must provide accurate information when registering and applying for training.
• Members are responsible for safely managing account information such as login IDs and passwords.
• Members must not misuse another person's information, disrupt the service, or submit false applications.

Training Applications and Changes

Training schedules, venues, fees, and refund standards follow each training notice and KIVTA operation policies. Schedules or operation methods may change when unavoidable circumstances arise.

Service Restrictions

If a member violates these terms or seriously interferes with service operation, KIVTA may restrict use or take necessary measures.
